Letter from Spain #10

Two events ...

It’s just a short post this week, and then I’ll be back to normal by next Sunday …

If you are in Barcelona during this next week, then here are two events:

On Thursday 29 June at 7pm, I’m doing an official presentation of The Barcelona Connection in the company of the British Consul in Catalonia, Lloyd Milen, MBE. The event is taking place at the Alibri bookshop on the Carrer de Balmes, 26 - and it would be wonderful to see you there. We will also have a cold glass of wonderful Torres wine to toast the book! Then on Saturday 1 July I’m taking part in a roundtable chat with other international writers in Barcelona (Stephen Burgen, Craig Martin Getz and Jeremy Ottewell) at the Vila del Llibre literary festival in La Rambla. The event takes place at 1pm at the ‘Espai Virreina’, outside the Virreina Palace at La Rambla 99, and we will also be signing and selling our books there until 5pm. Again, it would be great to see you!

I will also be doing an event at The Secret Kingdoms bookstore in Madrid on Thursday 28 September. More details on that in due course.
